Bent-Knee Push-Up
A push-up with the knees supported on the floor.
What you need
Clear floor space; a mat can make knee contact more comfortable.
How to do it
Place your palms around shoulder width and rest your knees on the floor.
Shift forward so your body forms a line from your head to your knees, with no bend at the hips.
Bend your elbows and lower your chest as one unit.
Push through your palms to return, keeping your torso steady.
Keep in mind
- Do not leave your hips behind while lowering your chest.
- Keep your head aligned with your back.
