Chin-Up
Pull your body toward a bar with your palms facing you.
What you need
A secure overhead bar that can support your body weight.
How to do it
Take a firm underhand grip on a secure bar and brace your torso.
Pull your elbows downward to raise your body without swinging.
Bring your chin near bar height while keeping your neck aligned.
Lower slowly until your arms extend again.
Keep in mind
- Avoid kicking your legs to finish a repetition.
- Control the lowering phase instead of dropping.
